While at Google, I worked I worked on big projects to help the Marketing business meet its goals, improve how we operate, and boost our brand visibility. I led efforts to create exciting online shopping experiences for Pixel products using new technologies like 3D, AR, VR, and AI to increase sales for the Google Store.

In my role, I spearheaded business unit-wide strategic initiatives that surpassed our OKRs, enhancing operational efficiencies, profitability, brand awareness, and market positioning. I led the charge in implementing cutting-edge technologies like 3D, AR, VR, Metaverse, web3, AI, and ML to create immersive DTC brand experiences, boosting online sales for Google Store. My technology strategies improved creative asset quality while reducing load times, resulting in a 30% decrease in cost per digital experience. I conducted A/B tests to optimize customer experiences, leading to increased CTR and engagement rates. Over six months, I developed an Integrated Strategy for a transformative Pixel initiative, which significantly influenced Pixel's future product marketing strategy. I also established comprehensive Best Practices and guidelines for Accessibility standards and DEI, implementing them across six teams within the Marketing business unit.
